General requirements

To be considered for publication, the article must meet the following requirements:

Content Originality and Quality

  • We only accept 100% original content that has not been published elsewhere and was not generated using AI tools.
  • Plagiarism and AI-generated texts are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
  • Rewritten text is not allowed.
  • AI-generated texts are strictly forbidden and will be automatically rejected.

Article Structure and Length

  • We accept articles written only on our topics and following our article structure.
  • Content should be well-structured, proofread, and grammatically correct.
  • Articles must contain a minimum of 3,000 words.

Content Focus and Links

  • Articles should not be promotional or advertorial in nature.
  • Advertising services, businesses, or products within the guest post is prohibited.
  • The article should contain links to the cited resources. However, irrelevant hyperlinks will be removed.

Author Information

  • Provide a square headshot and a brief author bio (2-3 sentences, maximum 350 characters), including a link to your corporate website.

Submission Process

  1. Initial pitch or topic request. Use our contact form to submit article pitches or request topics from us before submitting a complete article.
  2. Review and response. We review each request and respond within five business days. No response from us indicates that the article is not suitable for our audience.
  3. Topic approval and guidelines. Once we agree on a topic, we'll provide detailed guidelines, including the structure and requirements for writing the article.
  4. Submit your draft for review. Submit your completed article as a Google Doc for review. Our review process typically takes 4–7 business days. We'll provide comments directly in the Google Doc if revisions are needed.
  5. Approval and publication. After the article is approved, we'll schedule it for publication. We reserve the right to remove links and edit content for readability before final publication.
  6. Extensive edits policy. Posts requiring extensive editing may be rejected.

Publication Timeline

  • Approved articles are published in the order they are received and edited.
  • The typical wait time for publication is 1 to 2 months.
  • Please note that our editorial team reviews each post and may adjust formatting as needed to ensure consistency and quality across our platform.
