Novacura implemented Novacura Flow, a low-code development platform, to automate delivery processes, enable real-time tracking, and integrate seamlessly with IFS Cloud.
A mobile proof-of-delivery application was developed to provide drivers with shipment details, enable electronic signatures, and upload proof-of-delivery documentation, such as photos and PDFs. Dispatchers leveraged Novacura Flow’s Portal to monitor truck availability and schedule deliveries in real time.
