In 2020, Calendly required a fast and dependable team extension to support ongoing product development and meet growing customer demands. Accelerating the hiring process was crucial while ensuring that new team members were highly skilled and a perfect fit.
There was no room for delays caused by administrative, recruitment, or HR tasks, as they needed engineers with the right expertise to keep up with their rapid development. The challenge was to meet these needs without compromising on quality or the ever-evolving nature of their SaaS environment.

What did we do?
Starting with a single placement in 2020, we quickly expanded to placing 3 and now doubled that number to 15 engineers, who consistently contribute to Calendly's core product.
The collaboration also extended to QA where we successfully placed a vetted QA Engineer.
Calendly reduced their time-to-hire while we managed all administration and payroll. With remote and on-site offices, private health insurance, and other perks, the placed team members integrated into Calendly’s projects, cutting administrative and hiring costs.
